I Can See You is a browser extension that allows you to unlock profile and cover photos of locked Facebook users and download photos and videos from Instagram. This free extension is available on the Chrome platform and falls under the category of Browsers, specifically Add-ons & Tools.

With I Can See You, you can easily view up to 5 variants of profile pictures and the cover photo of any Facebook user who has set their profile to private. To use the extension on Facebook, simply log in to your account, go to the profile of the user you want to see photos of, right-click anywhere on the page, and hover your mouse over the 'I Can See You' menu. From there, you'll find various buttons that allow you to view the user's photos. Clicking on any of these buttons will open the full photo in a new tab window.

On Instagram, I Can See You enables you to download photos and videos from any user's profile. After logging in to Instagram, go to the profile of the person you want to download media from, right-click anywhere on the page, and click on the "Download Profile Picture" button to open the profile picture in a new tab. For other photos or videos on the page, you can simply right-click and select "Download Photo" or "Download Video" to save them.

This extension is particularly useful when you're not friends with a user on Facebook or when their profile is locked on Instagram. Due to the removal of graph search functionalities, these photos are not directly accessible on the platforms. I Can See You provides the only way to unlock and download such content.
